What to Expect

At River City we exist to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Every time we come together, it is our goal to help people take the next step in their journey of Faith. We do this in 3 main ways: Worship, Teaching, and Small Groups. We believe that worship is essential for every Christian. It is our opportunity to connect with the one who created us. We also want to teach the scripture in a way that allows people to better understand but, more importantly, put it into action. Lastly, it is our desire to find a small group for everyone. We believe the best place for life change is in Small Groups, a small environment where people can challenge one another in their relationship with Christ.

God is bigger and better than anything we could ever imagine, and we want our services to somehow capture that. We shouldn't be begged or guilted into spending time with him. Our appropriate response to his greatness should be a desire to know him with every passion in our bodies.
